How to Connect with Us Digitally

  1. Find Us in Your Scanning Software
  • Look for the ‘Search for Laboratory’ section within your scanner platform.

2. Enter Our Digital Address

  • Type in: digital@bioartdental.com.au

3. Connect With Bioart Dental

  • Follow the prompts to link your account with Bioart Dental.
  • Once submitted, we’ll receive a request and confirm the connection on our end.

4. Start Sending Cases

  • Once connected, simply send your cases as usual
  • We’ll receive an email notification and access the files through the portal.
  • Please ensure:
  • Dentist’s full name is listed
  • Case details are complete
  • Return date is included
  • If the scanning dentist is different to the treating dentist, mention this in the comment section
