Courier Process
We offer prompt and reliable case pickups across Australia through a combination of local and national courier services.
For clinics located within our local radius, Bioart Dental’s own courier ensures fast same-day pickups.
For surgeries outside this zone, we organise secure overnight transport via StarTrack or Team GE to keep your workflow running smoothly.
Booking an Overnight Pickup
Once you have booked a pickup with us, here is how the process works:
1. We book the courier on your behalf for your requested date and time.
2. You will receive a consignment note via email, please print this out.
3. Package your case securely in an A4-sized satchel and attach the consignment note to the outside.
4. Have the parcel ready at reception at the agreed time.
